Tapering off Entocort, newer symptoms

I have been on Entocort for 28 days at 9mg a day, 5 days of 6mg a day and the past three days at 3 mg a day. I was put on the Entocort at the start of a flare and a week before a flex sig. The flex sig showed minor inflammation.
This entire time, as I posted before, I have been kind of crampy. As I am tapering off I definitely am sore in my belly area. Specifically right below my belly button and left side. I wake up with this pain and nausea, the past three days being the worst. I am having no bleeding, I am having a bit of mucous, semi formed stool, with only 3 or 4 trips to the bathroom a day. Could I already be going into a full fledged flare again? My flares usually start with lots of bathroom trips, blood and diarrhea.
This cramping and nausea aren't the norm.
