Not sure about certain foods, or pills, but I've noticed the fatigue as well. This is my first flare, and I was stubborn in the beginning. I didn't want to use this as an excuse on why I couldn't be active. Well, I pushed myself to hard, and hit a wall a few weeks back. After a much needed rest week from my workouts, I've slowly started adding it back in. I allow myself more rest days, but am almost back to where I was. So my advice is allow yourself extra rest when you can, while in this flare, you may just have to scale back, and then get back to normal once its under control.
I would like to hear what others have done, in regards to foods. I have no interest in taking any more meds :)
