I was doing my biweekly health food store shopping and came across this probiotic drink called Inner Eco Coconut Kefir. Since I really don't notice a difference with taking probiotics (VSL DS, Renew Life, Florastor, or any other brands I've tried), I figured maybe eating probiotic foods would be better for me. One bottle is $16 and has 30 servings, so way cheaper than the $80-$100 I spend a month on probiotics.
Here is it:

The bottle says to start slowly since one tablespoon has 100 billion bacteria, so I'll try it and report back if I notice anything.
I looked for saurkraut, too, but couldn't find any raw brand so I might make my own if I'm motivated enough.
On a side note, how darn good have apples been this season? I went to a farm today with my mama and bought about 20 different kinds. I sampled a crapload (I literally was at the sample table for like 10 minutes and I could tell the employees were annoyed that I sampled 10 kinds, but whatever- free food!) and drank tons of apple cider. I felt so normal and happy haha Jonagolds are where it's at in my opinion.
