How often do you eat red meat??

I eat it twice a week and am fine with it. It doesnt seem to play any part in my condition. Although I do eat alot of greens and fruits and berries in addition.

I average red meat about 2x a week - goes diwn well with me, but I stick to grassfed and that is rather exoensive compared to wild fish and organic poultry, which is why I don't eat it more.

How much are you paying per pound for grassfed? There is an organic store near me that has it for $5 a pound. That seems pretty reasonable to me.

Mainly fish or white meat for me. Red meat maybe once a month, if not less.

indy, i can get grassfed ground beef at trader joe's for $6.85 a pound. i go through one package every two days so i don't find that it's too expensive compared to eating wild fish all the time.
