Brazil must not have many lawyers. US would be a $10 million lawsuit.
This makes me never want to get in an elevator again, even with no ghosts.
Claustrophobia and no easy exit=stairs for me
I have in the past refused to get in an elevator in a building where the power was iffy (after hurricane Florida).

Btw, someone wrote that in general, you cannot recover for purely emotional damages unless you can also show a physical impact, physical manifestations of injury arising out of the incident (or as a consequence of emotional distress), or, sometimes, physically present as a witness to physical harm to certain close relations.

Basically, unless you GET a heart attack you can't sue for being scared...that would be ridiculous. I can go to Disneyland and try to sue because the Mickey custome scared me lol

I see you are keeping things clean these days, Somedude. Do you know what I think is funny? That out of zillions of videos on YouTube you chose this one. Remember when bananagirl told her infant story and you suggested blocking all bathrooms after giving her friend a laxative? I think you enjoy seeing people trapped with no options! Lol... The little girl in the video is freaky.

lol, I think you're reading too much into me. I picked this video because it was new and it appeared when I went on youtube. It said prank in elevator and it was new. So there we are.

oh how terrible!! i hate elevators to begin with. i remember at the hotel on our way to my cousin's wedding, my grandma and aunt got stuck in an elevator on the 11th floor. since my grandma was in the wedding, it started so late because a fire company had to come and pull them out of the top of the elevator.
