Help for cramps

I have tried Belladonna and Trammadol with no great luck.

UC and IBD for 30 years. Cycled through all standard meds. Moving to Remi next week.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Belladonna will only work if it matches exactly your symptoms, you may require a different homeopathic remedy for your symptoms.

A heating pad does work great.

But what about the bigger picture: many times the pain and distress can be caused by foods.

What's your diet like?

mkm, i'm the same as you. so anemic right now from my bleeding. for the cramping, i haven't found any medicine that helps. weirdly though, i have had less cramping since starting spatone liquid iron. i'm not sure why.

i get pain/cramps no matter what, too. even when i was on bowel rest and didn't eat for 7 days, i was still going over 15x a day with painful cramping all day. you'd think not eating would bring you relief but it doesn't.

what's a meat diet?
