Getting Remicade infusions while in a different city?

I'm flaring up badly and may need to travel to my parent's house in Houston to convalesce and be there for the holidays. I am scheduled for my Remicade infusion on Thursday in Austin, but has anyone had any experience using an infusion clinic while away from home, presumably your doctor could fax over the orders?
