I knew there was a positive to soluble fiber and UC, more so than insoluble fiber.
What kind of energy drinks do you use for your workouts? I'm also working to get my iron levels back up.

We are staying here for the holidays, it was my newly hired 'teammate' who traveled to see the mayan ruins ( I asked if he could fix the calendar while down there ). We had this house built and moved in BUT was so busy with work, flare and landscaping that the huge walls are bare. I put in a 73 inch tv next to fireplace in the great room and now have my first 'man cave' and love it.
But I still have some unpacking to do etc. This vaca begins with her birthday tomorrow, xmas, my bday and we are going get the interior just right now that we have some time and it is winter.
The old place had not storage but this one has tons of kitchen cabinets, I put all the upgrade money in the big galley kitchen. I have a couple shelves for just stims over the double-oven.
My favorite is NAPALM but I got tipped off they were pulling it due to a stimulant ingredient that you can still find in Jack3d. I bought 4 cans of NAPALM because it was going away. I love what it does for me and it does not bother UC, most do bother it and I keep a few of those around but they are not for every day.
I'll update with the good/bad when I get the 12 day PTO started at the end of today. MMM going to go have my daily Napalm drink :)
