I was watching dateline NBC last night and Doctor Oz made his green breakfast drink on the program. I might incorporate into my daily routine. I believe he mentioned it's anti-inflammatory properties-
2 cups Spinach
2 cups Cucumbers
1 stalk celery
1 bunch parsley
2 apples
1/2 lime & 1/2 lemon
1 carrot
Pineapple
All blended together or prepared in a juicer.
Anyone ever try this? Sounds like it might be good for the gut if you can handle fresh juice.
