Aguywithuc, can you tell me the difference between pysillium husk and pysillium powder? And UCERIS? Is this a new med? I was also just reading about juicing kale, and gastrointestinal upset lol.. I learned fast about juicing, I think it's standard for everyone.. It wasn't until the glass of pinapple juice I gave to my husband went straight through did I realize it was what was happening to me
Sure, the seed is smooth and fine with inflamed gut. The seed converts into butyrate which heals the gut and usually produces much improved if not perfect stools. The seed tastes like dirt and it is important to find a way to consume it twice daily. Buy pills, by empty large pills and fill them or just use one big tablespoon to a scoup of vanilla whey protein and a shot of lemon flavored cod liver oil run blender stir stick and down it quick.
Husk its fine later and bulks the stool. Some say it scrapes the walls and cleans the colon but is not as beneficial as the dirt. I usually add VSL#3DS to the dirt.
Kale is the highest vitamin K food, binge on tasty kale chips and wonder why you cannot fall asleep till 4:00am. I limit mine now. Ashwagandha helps me sleep.
UCERIS is like prednisone but binds to intestines, is not systemic thus no muscle catabolism, no abrupt mood changes and no adrenal shutdown and no taper required.
