ABSINTHE and UC

so i was just gifted a bottle of absinthe from europe....like legit, with wormwood in it.
can i drink this with uc? while on asacol & a small dosage of prednisone? i can't pass this up, but at the same time i don't want to kill myself doing it!! will my nurse think i'm a freak if i call her & ask? haha! life crisis here!!!

If alcohol makes you flare bad this may too. Otherwise I tried this once pretty cool feeling. Didnt flare or anything but I think I was in remission. your call
