Mesalamine enemas and constipation

Ok well i havent been here for a while and ive been on a denial streak

I was on 4.8 g of mezavant and a nightly mesalamine enema for 9 months. Had a course of prednisone in the summer. And never really clear of symptoms and mostly tummy pains.
In december i stopped my meds. Mid december to close to x mas i was bleeding and going about ten times a day. But no tummy pain ! Go figure. I have given up my quest to make it with the diet change and resorted back to meds. I know my anemia must be not good cause im so tired and all. So im back on the pills but my probleme is when i use the enemas. They dont come out in the morning and i have tummy aches and dont feel good at all. In 9 months i always expelled then in the morning so im wondering if it happens to any of you? I resorted to use cortifoam i also had to use so ill see if it helps.
