Skin Problems from Imuran

So I finished steroids ten days ago and whilst I'm on them, my skin is completely clear! However, whenever I finish them, my skin - particularly on my face goes so bad from the Imuran. I never had problematic skin at all before going on all of these meds. My face goes quite pimply but mainly it is dry and dry red patches around my nose etc - so much that it burns so much. It just feels raw. Does anybody else experience skin problems on Imuran and does anybody have any good recommendations or remedies - whether homemade or store-bought!

Hi Nightside of Eden, are you still on Pred? Or do you stay on a maintenance dose of pred? My skin starts to act up a week or two after coming off the Pred and my doc says that it is a side-effect of Imuran.
