Golflower..that's terrible. It reminds me of how i felt after my sigmoidoscopy last year. I felt much worse than before. You can try mesalazine enemas? for me personally they did NOT work at all. But i thought i'd suggest them because alot of people find them helpful for rectal inflammation and tenesmus. You can try vitamin E enemas -they are supposed to be soothing to the colon. You basically buy vitamin E oral capsules (make sure they are for oral consumption and that they don't have sulfur or sulphite as preservative) then you pierce them and mix the liquid inside with some water (previously boiled if possible), and pour into an empty enema bottle and use.
