Even fooducate cannot tell us what is in foods hiding behind "natural flavors" which do not need to be stated on the label if they are "natural". Arsenic is natural, lots of things my colon doesn't tolerate are natural.

Although Fooducate is a good start, they are off base on their saturated fats and cholesterol recommendations.
