I had a new UC super food for my first course last night.
Lamb's liver
Fried egg
Kimchi (fermented cabbage)
It was awesome! I could eat a bucket of lamb's liver. It was so mild and tender. I hope it did some blood building.

Tornado,
Good for you!
Sounds like you're eating Paleo and it's all good for you too!

Hmm, I've never had lamb liver. Normally I get calf liver. Is the taste the same?

I'm not eating Paleo, but that dish would have cut it and I would have been quite satisfied! Course two was potato soup and course three had polenta. Not to mention dessert!
Lamb liver was mildly lamby, which is its own taste, and mildly livery. No where near as strong as cow's liver. Calf is more mild than cow, of course.
