Bloody stool and rectal pressure

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site! I'm Ryan, I'm 23years-old. I found healingwell accidentally when I was searching for my symptoms on the Internet .
I warn you in advance that it's a fairly long article ,and it goes like this:
about four months ago, I noticed that my bowel movement was kinda on the narrow end. For a severe hypochondria as I am, I feared it was due to some bowel obstruction and it kinda freaked me out.(Crazy I know...)
After that , my bowel movement had gotten strange. I had to push hard to get my bowel movement out no matter how the consistency was. The frequency of my bowel movement increased. I also had some mild rectal pressure at that time as well.
all of these symptoms were not enough to prompt me to go see GI until I noticed some suspicious bright red blood mixed in my stool.... Well, I was petrified Big time! Out of fear of the big C word, I went to hospital for my bowel problem the very first time, the doc did a rectal exam and concluded that I had a mild case of internal hemorrhoid which didn't seem to bleed but he said he wasn't sure. After hearing from the professional, I was kinda relived, for a while...
The symptoms persisted , the pressure in my rectum got worse. I decided it didn't feel like merely a hemorrhoid , so I insisted to have a colonoscopy done in order to put my mind to ease. I had one which cost me $200 :/ Everything was normal except I was diagnosed with bowel malfunction. Nothing cancerous was found so it was a big relief. But guess what, after some peaceful week, I noticed blood again! And this time, it looked like some kind of clot... My butt became itchy, the pressure got worse. I don't know what to do! I even had a stool culture which came back normal as well . No parasite or occult blood or any sort.
I have no idea what the heck is wrong with me! I should be fine after having done colonoscopy and stool sample, but the symptoms persist, there must be something wrong going on in my digestive tract right?
I can't stop googling my symptoms on the Internet. I googled anal itchiness , blood in stool , rectal pressure and guess what came up first? Anal cancer! Rectal cancer!
I think I'm gonna go mad unless I can find the cause of my symptoms.
I'm so sick of my symptoms and myself. My mom is fed up with me as well...
I don't have any allergy since I've sort of eaten everything my whole life and nothing ever got me sick.

It sounds weird, but I'd rather have a bad internal hemorrhoid.
But I think it's not the case since the blood seemed to be mixed in the stool, not on it....
My doc actually ruled it out saying my hemorrhoid shouldn't cause me any discomfort..
I'm on my wits end. What do you suggest?get a colonoscopy again?

I would ask for hydro-cort suppositories, It will shrink your inflammation be it from hemmies or otherwise.
