Gurgling sounds and pebbles

I have ulcerative colitis and my dr ran a blood test to see if I have any inflammatin and I dont so he says I am not flaring. I do have anal fissure that isnt healing 100%, but does an anal fissure cause gurgling and bleeding and small pebbles??  I do take miralax and stool softners due to the non-stop constipation that i have.  I am also on hurmia.

Small pebbles? This is constipation, having nothing to do with the anal fissures. Even though your blood test doesn't show elevated inflammatory markers, it doesn't mean you are clear of inflammation. Everyone's levels are different. At my worst, even with a simulataneous asthma flare, my highest CRP was a 4.

Gurgling and bleeding sound liek a flare to me.

he also did the one test in the office and said blood was from fissure

My intestines gurgle all the time it seems even when not flaring. I also tend to get constipated if I'm not flaring and can have pebbles sometimes but most of the time my stool is normal. However, being constipated can be symptoms of a flare too.

I have been constipated ever since I started Humira back in October which in turn caused me to get an anal fissure.
