I hate to be that guy but I believe we are made up different types of chemicals, water, and blaa blaa blaa but when one of these is off balance our body reacts whether that reaction is percieved as neg or pos thats a whole other argument. Whats my point????
1. All diets of food restrictions work in one way or another. They do have implications on how you feel. "gluten free", Dairy free", or simple changes like no more diet pop...."Poison" in my opinion dump that garbage down the sink....works as a great drain cleaner....hahahah.
2. Not everyone is made up of the same as above so these diets dont work for everyone the same way.
3. I have run through just about eveyones advice. try this, dont eat that and have had some success. My BEST ADVICE is to try them all. Keep a food journal and a poop journal. This works. It will help you to determine what you are doing wrong for you body.....ie too much gluten.....no dairy.
I have been to specialists, dieticians, monks....last one was a joke....ha? And they all start off with the same statement food is the guilty party. We eat something our gut does not like and BAM pain, diarreha and all kinds of other problems. How do we fix this you ask????? Keep a journal and an open mind. Try everything once but really try it dont say after a week it does not work.
Enjoy life dont let this crappy disease stop you from anything you want to do. If anything make it a challenge for yourself to do things the hard way just to say you did......
