Hi all!
Thought I'd pop in and say hi. I often lurk on my phone when I'm nursing baby girl, but I rarely post because it can be a real PITA to type a thoughtful reply, because she's often a wiggle-worm when she nurses. :)
At any rate, all is well here! Baby girl is closing in on 10 weeks old now and is thriving. We had her two-month well-baby visit on Tuesday and she's 50th percentile for height, 25th percentile for weight (breastfed babies are leaner than formula fed babies, so this is perfectly OK), and 80th percentile for head. It seems she's going to have the same large noggin that her big brother (and daddy) have! She's a really good nighttime sleeper, too. Most nights she's in her crib by 10 pm and doesn't wake up until 4 or 4:30 am to nurse. A few times she's even gone until close to 6! So I'm getting a lot more sleep than most new moms do!
My UC has been perfectly in control so far, so I'm thrilled about that! I was really worried I'd flare after birth, because my UC all started about 4 weeks after my son was born.
