I'm looking into other probiotics as well, such as VSL#3 or Lactobacillus Bulgaricus. And the anti-inflammatory foods I've been eating/drinking include (but not limited to):
Green Tea w/a little honey (though it's lipton brand, so there may be caffeine in it)
Pomegranate
Eggs with Omega 3 in them in a fritata
Orange Juice
Almond Milk
