You girls should invest in a dehydrator and make Kale chips or veggie chips!

Sometimes I don't give a crap,Tonight went out to dinner.
Had a VO manhaten,some kind of IPA beer,lobster,filet,clam chowder,mashed potatoes,creamed corn ceasar salad,with anchovies,veggies. Came home and had cheese cake.
I will pay tomorrow.,but that is tomorrow.

And who pre-cut this broccoli like that? I bet it was some poor Mexican person not making a living wage and being treated as a cog in an industrial broccoli cutting warehouse. So I’m basically supporting slavery if I eat this pre-cut broccoli. Oh my God, it’s in a plastic bag too. Which means I am personally responsible for the death of countless endangered seabirds right now.

I hate myself.

Sure:I will provide links as usual. I don't like normal Manhatten mixture, so I just get VO a cherry and splash red vermouth,stirred not shaken. It is almost summer so I should have also had a Margarita,but forgot.

Yes, kale chips are just that easy to make. You can put sea salt on them. Or red pepper :)

I love kale. Can't eat it right now. Does not digest at all. I think my guts put kale back together!


My FODMAP elimination phase was funny. I had to avoid some of the 'healthy' options, like honey sweetened, and chose regular sugar. What? Sugar? Such a strange sensation!
