Old Mike - bacterial proteases in IBD and IBS

I know you are interested in this but perhaps you have looked into it already. I just came across it the other day and forgot to post it for you. I had no idea pathogenic bacteria produce proteases... I can't open up the full paper. Thought you could perhaps. Would be interesting.

Had a few manhattens,at a seafood restaurant,so not completely up to snuff,god fresh live lobster is really good. Anyhow I am aware of how destructive protease is on the mucuse and mucusa.

Not tipsy now,my protease inhibitor experiment from a month or two ago scared the crap out of me,so there is something to it. Unless perhaps what I did with the raw soybeans also produces an anti motility effect. Not pooing for a week and a half with UC is quite scary.

Mark: I have threads with many links somewhere on the forum.
One thing I really like about the forum is that the threads stay for years,and most of the links stay active,sort of an research archive, of which you can add more current info or just for a one spot reference
on the subject of interest,as opposed to going back onto google and re-researching everything.
