Everything is pretty good, formed, no blood or mucus, 2/3 or fewer bms a day, but the urgency is still there. When it comes time to have a bm, I still need to be as near to a restroom as I can since there is really no way to hold it. It's like gas pressure begins to build, and I can really tell that I need to be in the restroom and I have to there quickly. I don't know if my rectal muscles are just no in the same shape as they use to be making it harder to hold it (7 month flare), or if i've just become accustomed to needed to get to a toilet as soon as that pressure starts to build.
If I could get past this I would be feeling close to 100%. It's not that big of a deal in the mornings, but during the day I still fear being too far from a restroom.
Has anyone else overcome this same thing?
