I took Zofran this morning and shortly after that I threw up. I can't eat and I'm shivering because I need food but my body rejects it. Should I take the risk and take another Zofran?

Have you taken your temp?
If you threw it up, take another one.

WHy are you throwing up? Is this a side effect of medication or caused by UC? Are you ill besides all that?
Zofran has been a godsend for me and nausea from the UC. I'd try it again

My UC is fine. I'm not sure why I threw up.
I don't have a thermometer to take my temperature.

Have you tried skipping a few days of Imuran to see whether you feel better? If you're this sick, Imuran will not be an option for you if it's deemed the cause. :(

I didn't take Imuran today and I'm going to call my GI about
it.
