I'm heading out for a long weekend. I'm taking all of my prescriptions with me, of course. We'll be at an amusement park for two days, so I'll have nothing like a schedule. I'm not going to have any way to refrigerate my probiotics.
Are any of my supplements critical enough to pack along? I think I'll be ok without most of them for a few days, but I am worried about calcium (leg / foot cramps) and Citrucel (will I get constipated?)
