Every day I eat grass fed beef cooked in olive oil on non-teflon pans. I use ceramic pans.

Sugary natural yogurt from dannon, fruit juice smoothie with oats-n-whey, vsl3ds
Dropped to 10 mg prednisone yesterday, been up now 6 hours and have taken zero prednisone, worked out feel great.
Oh one more thing I started GPLC yesterday, 2 more pills this morning. Definately is not hurting me and might be helping.
Have not taken my daily Raw Adrenals either but probably should not drain all cortisol reserves and at least take 5mg prednisone.
