Well, the main thing is that everyone experiences pain differently. I know a lot of women who've had c-sections, and I'd say that I experienced less pain during recovery than most of them. I was off Rx pain meds by four days after and off regular Tylenol less than a week after. I actually think I was still in more pain by four or five days after birth with my vaginal delivery (and I only had a very, very small tear) than I was with my c-section. Other women who've had both might say the c-section recovery was more painful.
And to make myself look like less of a jerk, I would like to point out that until you edited your original post, it did say something to the effect of "perhaps this is pointless."
yeah thats cool it sounded like you were having a go at me calling it a pissing contest lol i didnt mean it as a competition i just wanted people to share their experiences with the two. its good to hear your UC isnt terrible thats for sure
and you're absolutely correct about
how everyone experiences pain differently, my mum had a hysterectomy and had alot of endometriosis removed and didn't complain once. im having j pouch surgery next week so i hope im that tough
