I think it is a lot easier not having breakfast on work days. That's why I do. Basically I don't have much food from snacks at night until lunch the next day. It's my routine and I'm used to it. Does Humira work at all? I mean, are you getting one good week anyway at least? If not then I don't see where moving it up to weekly is going to help that much.
I agree. When I was moderately sick I could obtain some relief by not eating until the end of the workday. This would lower the likelihood that I'd be running to the bathroom during the hours when I really don't want such interruption.
Having an idea of what kinds of foods and it what quantities leads to how you feel allow you to plan for these kinds of things. Unfortunately, the sicker you get, the less you're able to plan, as even a glass of water makes one cringe in pain and lie on the floor in the fetal position.
