I've doubled my dose on Lexapro to 20 mg. and I can feel the weight coming on.
I'm looking for ideas but I really also want to vent. I can feel myself being so calm about
things. Yay! Anxiety is THE trigger for me. But this weight gain is a real drag. I can understand because in being calm there is little incentive to move. You're still. Now, I don't want to say I'm lazy but when I push myself physically I flare. It's another form of stress on the body I guess.
Ideas? Vents?

Do you work out at all? One of my friends blames Lexapro for her weight gain, because of that, I've always been scared of it. I was more depressed and anxious when I was heavy than any other time in my life.

I totally agree. I'm not anxious about
it. You can't imagine how little I eat and the healthiness of the choices I make. I look awful in clothes. :-(
I'm going to exercise harder, but I don't want to trip off a flare!
