Hey Mark: It is perhaps not just organic, but no processed foods or very little. Essentially going back to the 19th century, way of eating. No food from the fridge, just in case the cold chain hypothesis is correct, also no very little sugar. Also wash/bath with just plain old ivory soap,no detergents.
If using detergents for clothes washing and in dishwasher double rinse if possible.
Baking soda as opposed to toothpaste.
The idea here is to get as many detergents/surfactants out of the digestive tract, including any food emulsifiers. These surfactants tend to lower the hydrophobic/water repelling aspect of gut mucus also may thin it.
Sounds extreme,you bet.
But we have an extreme disease.
Getting away from pollution is another problem, difficult to solve.
The above is one way, perhaps there is another way to deal with the toxins.
