Can somebody help me with the stem cell trial information?

I a 26 and have UC lost my job a month ago and have no health insurance. I have been reading to maybe try one of the clinical trials but from what I have read in the forum people are worried of stem cells safety profile. I looked up the multistem pfizer and it said the cells leave your system and have proven safety requirments. Please help me I hate this disease and don't see any other solution other than one of the trials is there anyone currently in the trial if so is it safe and working. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME SO I CAN GET SO PEACE OF MIND AND CHECK THE TRIALS!!!!

I read the trial and it says it has shown a safety profile. Then when I looked for info here it said it replaced your inmune system that could lead to complications. From what I read I think Multistem is different in that it leaves your system but not sure. I live in the Caribbean and the is no trial here thats why I wanted to know how people are reacting to this treatment. I would be a high cost to travel just to see if I get selected and then given actual multistem instead of placebo. Just wanted to know If anybody is currenty on this trial and If there is any other things a should consider.
