Those who do Vit. D test regularly, I am curious, what is your level and how much do you take daily.
I came across an article on Life extension's website that says, Vit. D levels should be more than 90pg/mL but the report tells range as 18-72pg/mL. Mine is 68pg/mL and I take 2000IU daily.
Life extension's website is not trustworthy as it is, for their cherry picking of science, still I am curious about
others' Vit. D levels.
Thanks in advance.

Mine was 46.4 three months ago. I take 4000IU daily. This is the highest it has been since I started having it tested 4 years ago.

If you don't trust Life Extension then go to grassrootshealth.net.
I take 5,000 IU each day and my blood levels are about
50 ng/ml. I don't know how to convert pg/ml to ng/ ml.
