SCD Legal Colonoscopy Prep?

I have been on the SCD diet for about 10 months, with much success. I am still on Asacol (HD, now), and have had to use Canasa a couple of times for minor bleeding. My dr wants to schedule a follow-up colonoscopy because of the moderately severe disease of a year ago. (He wanted me to go on Remicade, but I tried SCD diet instead.)

In the past I have tried various colonoscopy preps, most recently Miralax with Gatorade. I have been strictly following the SCD Diet for all of this time, and I don't want to break the diet for the prep. The only juice I've been drinking is watered-down Organic Concord Juice with no sugar added (but it's the wrong color for prep). Anyone else on the SCD diet who used a certain prep that is SCD legal?

Flares about every 1-1/2 years after going several years at one point. Progressed to ulcerative colitis, left-sided.

yeah, I could try water (not sure if palatable with Miralax, but never tried it)--but in the past they've said they want people to use something more caloric than water to help w/electrolytes, recovery, etc.

I was just thinking about this as my doc scheduled me for a colonoscopy in a couple of weeks.

All I've come up with is apple cider, apple cider gelatin (follow SCD guidelines), and SCD legal chicken broth. Is green tea allowed for prep?
