OT Dating a man with a baby.

Well I wouldn't hold it against her if she was saying crazy stuff around the time of her delivery and shortly thereafter. Hormones and all can cause people to say things they wouldn't otherwise.

I would encourage your BF to help out his baby mama as much as he can and then offer to help out in whatever way you can - esp. if she doesn't have a strong family support. He needs to be around helping for more than just the weekends. New mom will need to be able to take showers, feed, sleep, etc. All that stuff is hard enough with a couple doing it together, much less by yourself.

You said she does not know about you, but when is he planning on introducing you to her since you'll be around soon in the babies life. Does she at least know you guys are friends?
