Moving house and chances of flare

Gents, What are your experiences after moving house? Anyone flared?
I'm moving house over the weekend, so getting anxious.
I don't know whether I have the disease activity, but my current symptoms are trapped gas in the sigmoid, incomplete evacuation, mucus, unformed stool(stools with shape like small green chilli), morning urgency.

Any suggestions please to avoid stress, flare.

quit getting anxious - that may help you avoid stress - or wait, maybe stress causes you to be anxious ?

ya, I would stay away from stress AND anxiousness !

seriously tho, moving is a big deal - probably no way to avoid feeling a little tense - just try to accept it and do the deal -

Maybe use the term inflammation instead of mild ulcers or bleeding ulcers. You can still have inflammation that isn't "ulcerated".


Stick with your meds, because your symptoms are indicative of IBS and probable healing but remaining inflammation...different state of flaring.

Moving a house is very high on the stress/distress scale, but you've been through much of it already if you're moving this coming weekend.

And about the not worrying part....almost impossible unless you do it regularly.

And....don't be fooled by the calm after the storm...continue with your meds until your bms are back to normal.

Other supps such as fibre and probiotics...if you take them regularly, stick with the regimen.

Hope all goes smoothly and that the weather is cooperative.
