hey friends.I tried whey protein to gain weight as i lost a lot of weight about
20 pounds after diagnosis.also I love to hit the gym and before diagnosis i used to have great physique.most muscularity is gone.so i used whey protein again but i had finished with diarrhea.so i found that im lactose intolerant.so please anyone guide me did soya protein will be better so that i can maintain myself.and enjoy my hobby.
