What's Moviprep like?

Can anyone who has used Moviprep tell me what it's like or give me any helpful hints to get it down?

Pretty nasty but if you drink it fast and have a chaser(i use apple juice) its not the worst. I just did it last week. It will flush you out pretty good but not as violently as some preps I have used

I hated it. Too much for me to drink but the taste wasn't awful. Make sure its very cold and drink it through a straw. Apple juice chaser sounds like a good idea too.

It is different for everyone but it was rather nasty in my experience. My last colonoscopy i was told to use it so i did and it didnt clean me out completely and didnt even start to work after the last few glasses, oh and the cramping was pretty nasty, i also bled alot after the procedure and i believe this nasty prep had something to do with it..

I previously have used Glycoprep and had nil cramping and it really cleaned me out, losts to drink tho. I actually felt great for a few weeks after it. Next time im sticking to Glycoprep.

Taste-wise, I've had much (MUCH) worse. If I remember correctly, I thought it tasted like watered-down Gatorade with a handful of chemicals thrown in. It is best when cold. I never drank the entire thing; maybe half. It takes a little while to kick in but when it does... Hold on.

I recently (last week) did a post asking others of their "Preferred Prep" that you may want to check out.

Not as bad as some of the others I have had. Volume to drink was less. Flavour not as absolutely horrible. Drinking Moviprep, apple juice, Moviprep, apple juice was ok. Its like a really low quality sports drink. Compared to other preps it could be a lot worse. I would actually pick Moviprep again next time.

It is not as bad if you can drink it with ice...tastes like lemons to me... ice always helps..what gets me down is that they want you to always drink two bottles...i totally throw away the last 1/4 of the bottle so the nurses won't make me drink it..hahaha I know...im cheating! but it is soooo awful after a while..urghhhh
