I don't know about
any of you guys, but I can take a wild guess that we all have some pretty interesting poos; ranging all over the consistency charts. I went through a period of time where I dreaded going to the bathroom partially because it was so frequent, but it really didn't help that I couldn't entirely control how exclusive it came out. This would often lead to a completely unnecessary splash back of toilet water all over myself... if you are in this boat, I've got you covered. There's a YouTube channel called "SmarterEveryDay" that solved this problem with a simple fix. Putting a quick layer of toilet paper on the toilet water surface (before sitting down) breaks up the surface tension of the water, leading to muuuuuuch less splashing, if any at all.
This was kind of a post coming from left field, and to some it may seem like a waste of toilet paper. But I suspect that for a lot if us, the last thing we need is for the toilet to fight back. Lemme know if this helps.

If any of my poos had that size, shape and consistency I'd have to designate them "trophy turds"!

Hahaha.. this is awesome. It totally works to cause I've done it. Sad to say, but many times I want to ummm take a good look at things for blood and mucus during D. It's easier to spot this way. Specially super small blood drops - or if I want to see if they are bright red or dark red.
I soooo can't wait for the day when I no longer look at my poo.
Somthin's just not right about
it :)

Recently I listened to a health podcast (aimed at the general population) and this physician was going over a number of points everyone should keep an eye on. One of them was to check your poo! Yes, according to her, everyone, even normal people, should look at their poo as it can tell you a lot about
the state of your health. I can't remember the different things she said to look for, but an obvious one was blood.
