This is an excellent article......it's based more on common-sense and in my way of thinking actually as to the action of foods in the gastro tract, even for people who don't have IBD and do have food symptoms, diarrhea, discomfort, etc.

Yes, the body needs fats, but there are different kinds of fats.....some can worsen diarrhea, discomfort, nausea, etc
