Permanent acne from prednisone?

I used prednisone only once, for 2-3 months almost two years ago. Ever since then, I've had moderate acne on my face and mild acne on my shoulders/back that I cannot shake. Has anyone else experienced acne for this long after prednisone. Or did you find a solution? For obvious reasons I don't want to use antibiotics so I'm on OTC meds for it.
