Hey lambkins, maybe try adding some fibreous foods in there to help bulk things up some do well with either soluble or insoluble fibre (it's trial and error like everything else is with IBD) or even fibre supplements, it can take some time to kick in, and it may likely cause bloating and added gas but once your system adjusts to the fibre (it's best to start with a small amount daily and increase as needed) then it can really help with forming stools. Key is to drink plenty of water daily as well...glad you have a positive outlook considering how frustrating living with IBD is.
