Only if it causes you extreme gas or discomfort.
Yogurt gives me more discomfort, but if I do have it...it would be during the evening after supper.
If you're taking it for probiotic factor...don't bother. Use probiotic supplements with better impact (yes, I like what I use in my siggie).
If you want it because you like it...maybe limit the amount to start. But it won't hurt you!
