Help in alot of !

Hi guys,

I have had right sided pain since early December and was tender when the specialist pressed on my tummy.. The tenderness was on the right side under my rib and also lower down near my appendix area also..

I have been feeling hot and cold, short of breath and have been feeling very nauseous on and off for the last few days.

BUT this morning I woke up with really bad back pain and when I went to the toilet this afternoon I had mucos and what I think was a darker colour blood.. When I have a bowel movement it hurts after also.

Don't wanna go to the doctor to be told I'm constipated as I don't have diarreha..

Has anyone got any idea??

I'm on the following
Pentasa 2 grams a day
Imuran 150 mg a day
Vitamin d 4000 a day for very low level


I saw my GI in December and had right side tenderness then around my rib area and also down lower near your appendix area. He put it down to ibs cause I had not bleeding at that time.
I have always had left sided uc but April last year I had it all the way really bad.
I have also had it in patches before which the doctor can't understand as he said uc is continual it doesn't skip bits but in me it did :/

Yesterday the blood was on the stool and it wasn't fresh blood it was a darker color and it hurts when I go whilst doing a poo and after when I'm done on the right side.

I went to the er last night and the dr said I had back pain that was all and she ignored the chills, fatigue, right side pain etc..
She did bloods and said they were fine also
But when I was really sick last time the surgeons said my crp and ear didn't rise but I had the colitis all the way round and was very close to toxic megacolon and very ill so they can't answer why the levels didn't rise either.
They came to the conclusion it was the imuran keeping the crp and esr levels normal as I have been taking it for 14 years now..

My GI is 4 & 1/2 hrs away so that's why I have to go to the hospital to seek help but they always say you don't look sick enough for it to be your colitis and that's how I end up really sick :(

Do you think this could be my colitis or ibs. Because I suffer from both now it's hard to tell and oh I am having normal stool to being constipated and not diarreha ...

Any ideas would be very greatful :)
