Yay! I'm so nervous though lol....I've been feeling so good except for fatigue and some butterfly sensations. Been working normally and eating mostly what I want too. I'm trying to be optimistic...thinking since I was only 20mg to start with surely it will taper easily and I will stay in remission and happy lol.
Well its 15mg for 2 weeks, 12.5 for one week, then 10mg until I see the GI which would be a week and a half after that. Thinkingg maybe I should keep a better eye on what I ingest.
Its so easy to forget how miserable I was and sit here thinking yes...bye pred...no more poofy tummy, acne insomnia and facial hair lol! Even the GI was like oh yeah I see what the pred is doing. Thanks dude! But the fear is in the back if my head.....

Hey! I was wondering if you'd left us, you haven't posted in a while! Glad to hear you're doing so well! I hope it continues as you get off the pred

Its easy to forget the misery once you get a glimpse of the good life, lol.
Glad to see things are going well Mars! Keep up with your regimen and pay close attention to any changes as you taper!
I cant wait to get rid of this mustache, myself. Haha :D

Toomuch- honestly I'm so tired right now after work and kids I just crash in a mindless puddle lol! I think about
popping on but then I'm just asleep! Will probably see a resurgance of me here as I get energy back.
Embers- soon! I'm rooting for ya!

Hey wifey, don't be afraid to double up on your anti-inflammation teas and milks if you see a return of symptoms! Good luck though, can't wait for you to be hair-face free!
