Policy: How to regulate faecal transplantsIf the intent of the FDA is to minimize risks to patients then the current approach appears to be an abysmal failure since people are doing faecal transplants at home in less than sanitary conditions with stool that may or may not be free of pathogens.
If I can find an appropriate donor then I plan to be amongst their ranks sooner than later.
