Morning!....I feel really tired today, I'm sneezing quite loudly, and my nose is running, colorless mucus, I have taken an antihistamine, Loratadina MK 10mg, morning and evening, now for 5 days and its not really working....on top of that I have just been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis, (So now my butt and my V needs attention) but it does seem to be responding quickly to steroid cream...my main problem, is that I feel like I have a head cold..any suggestions for the best allergy pill would be much appreciated.

Your tiredness might be worsened by the antihistamine. My son who has tried just about everything allergy med related says that benadryl is the only that helps his sneezing, but that makes one tired as well.

You can use a neti pot with warm saline to rinse out the sinus morning and night and that might give you relief as well. I do this when I have hay fever as I can't stand the dry mouth and tiredness from the antihistamines.
