The current industry "starter kit" is called the EVOD by a company called Kangertech (or Kanger).
It's a simple lithium ion battery, and then you've got the screw on tank with replaceable wicks. The tank holds enough juice for about
2 days worth of vaping hourly.
I got my kit a few days ago and have been vaping as often as I can (not excessively). I can't prove it, but the nicotine intake seems to have helped with the pain from my current UC flare, although I am still inflamed and nasty internally. It helps that I picked an ejuice that tastes and smells good.. and honestly I seem to vape for that reason if any.
You can google for a place to buy the EVOD or use the site I used. I'm going to be straight forward, they gave me a referral link to provide to friends and family since it gives a 20% discount on the juices.
The site:
www.vapedojo.comOr if you want to use my referral link, here it is:
vapedojo.refr.cc/FLTPRH5(I don't know if this violates any board TOS... but I wanted to be transparent about
it. MODS please edit it out if it isn't allowed)
The starter kit has 2 Kanger EVODs, a charger, and case. The juices are like $4-5 each so get a few to try out the various flavors. You can also search for "Kanger EVOD" on youtube and find videos of how to disassemble and refill it.
Oh also, I opted for the full strength 24mg nicotine juice since I figure I want as much of that, if it has a discernible effect on UC symptoms.
