Vegetable problem

I've been doing the low residue diet for some time. I am just getting over cellulitis. I'm eating 1500 calories a day so protein, vegetables and fruit. I'm also diabetic. I found a relatively low calorie spinach and artichoke spread and had green diarehhi then yesterday I drank carrot juice. Today we have orange.

Any suggestions? I really do not want to be malnourished again.

I remember that! What I never figured out was the one time it came out looking like woodland camo. Tan with green, orange, and olive.

This goes away as your colon slows down and your transit time improves. Makes for an interesting experience while it's going on, though!
