Can zpak for a sinus infection give you diahherea within 1 hr or could it just be the drainage from post nasal drip causing it.

I've never had post nasal drip give me diarrhea. I would think it is the z-pak.

An hour is pretty darn quick but I agree with Sheri.

an hour is far too quick for a z-pak to give you diarrhea.....
